The main points:
– We ship with PostNL and dachser. This means that packages will be delivered to your front door or the ground floor. As you will be kept up to date about your delivery using track-and-trace, we expect you to be present at the time of delivery. Different forms of shipment are possible in strict consultation, and possibly at an extra cost.
– Europe is our standard service area (suitable products, often smaller items, can be shipped worldwide)
– Currency: Euro
– For countries outside the EU we ship VAT FREE! In case of: UK, Zwitserland and Norway tax is automaticly deducted once in the shopping basket and destination is been entered. For other counties outside the EU, please send us an email for “manual” order processing.
– The processing time is 1 – 2 business days
– The transport time afterwards is 2 – 4 business days, depending on Post NL planning. We cannot influence this, and in case something goes wrong with your delivery (if you have received a Track and Trace code per email) we advise you to call Post NL using their customer service. They will contact us when needed.
– Shipping rates: The shipping costs are automatically determined by our website based on your address. This price can change per product and per quantity.
