Tuarag Man – Green tapestry MONDiART wall decoration
The tapestries by MONDiART are unique wall rugs that have been made by hand, by experienced craftspeople. This beautiful Tuarag Man in Green tapestry was made by the artist Serge Anton.*
Our tapestry collection consists of woven artpieces by various artists, photographers, and designers.
The tapestries are woven using cotton yarn.
Using only 8 colours, the original image is turned into a photo realistic end result.
A colourful collection that is divided into 3 sizes: Small (square), medium, and large.
The tapestry can be provided with certified sound dampening material, turning it into an acoustic piece of art as well. Good to know: All textile art absorbs sound naturally, but should you need extra damping, we can fill the panel with certified sound absorbing material, made of recycled jeans.
*For filling the acoustic panel, mechanically recycled jeans are used. In this process, the jeans are ripped apart by a machine until all that remains are the fibres. Zippers, buttons, and other non-fabric parts are removed by the machine. These fibres can then be used to make new products. Sound dampening filling can be used in all textile artworks, of course with the right certification.
How do you take care of MondiArt wall rugs?
To make sure that your MondiArt tapestries stay in perfect condition, it is advised that you vacuum them regularly. Avoid contact with water and direct sunlight, as this can cause the colours to fade. In addition, make sure that you keep the product out of reach of children, and away from aggressive chemicals or acids, as these can damage the tapestry. Lastly, follow the guidelines from the manufacturer for handling and cleaning your product, so that you can enjoy it for longer.

About Serge Anton:
I have been fascinated by faces since I was young, and I see them as books that show hidden moods and emotions. I am intrigued by the extremes of the timeline of life: the carefree joy of childhood, and the wisdom of old age, and I find inspiration in the contrast.
I strive to capture the mystery in faces as well as the depth in landscapes, embracing the magic of the silence and uncertainty. My childhood fascination with the enigmatic office my father had gave me a love of the colour black that I use to reveal the light, like a wizard. I choose to live my life away from the media, and to find consolation in simplicity and nature, in the words of Shakespeare.
