Terms and conditions

Our Terms and conditions are according to the security certification by CBW, the Dutch home furnishing sector (Centrale Branche wonen).

Important terms

• Orders can be cancelled at any time before we send the shipping notification.
• When returned under warranty, shipping costs are taken care of by Global furniture. In all other cases shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
• Your purchase amount will be refunded once we have received the product in its original packaging

The customer needs to ensure that goods are returned to us in reliable packaging. Should a product be returned to us in insufficient padded packing and subsequently be received in damaged state, no or partial restitution will be offered. This will be done after consultation.
